Glucerna Triple Care Hot Cocoa
Ingredients
- 6 scoops (52g) Glucernapowder
- 2 rounded tablespoon (10g) cocoa powder
- 200mL water (room temperature) or milk (skimmed or low-fat)
- 1 tablet Artificial sweetener
Method
- Place Glucernapowder, cocoa powder, and artificial sweetener in a cup.
- Slowly add water or milk to cup containing Glucernaand cocoa powder, stirring thoroughly with each addition.
- Microwave for 15 to 20 seconds on HIGH for a hot steaming drink.
Nutritional Information:
Using water, each serving provides 234 kcals, 25 gm carbohydrate, 9 gm fat, 13 gm protein, 2.8 gm fibre.
Using milk, each serving provides 342 kcals, 47 gm carbohydrate, 11 gm fat, 21 gm protein, 2.8 gm fibre.
Glucerna Triple Care Green Tea Popsicle
Ingredients
- 5 scoops (45g) Glucerna powder
- 200ml boiled, cooled water
- 2 tablespoons (3g) alternate sweetener
- teaspoon (0.7g) green tea powder*
Method
- In a mixing bowl, add water, Glucerna powder and alternate sweetener. Mix well to dissolve the powder.
- Add green tea powder and blend well using a food processor or hand blender.
- Allow liquid to settle. Chill in refrigerator till bubbles subside.
- Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze.
- Remove from freezer, dip in a bath of warm water to unmould and serve immediately.
*Bakeable green tea powder
Glucerna Triple Care Red Bean Popsicle
Ingredients
- 5 scoops (45g) Glucerna powder
- 150ml boiled, cooled water
- 2 tablespoons (3g) alternate sweetener
- 6 tablespoons (60g) boiled red beans, drained
- ½ teaspoon (2.5g) pandan or vanilla essence
Method
- In a mixing bowl, add water, Glucerna powder and alternate sweetener. Mix well to dissolve the powder.
- Add 4 tbsp boiled red beans and blend well using a food processor or hand blender.
- Add the remaining whole red bean into the prepared mix.
- Flavour with pandan or vanilla essence. Stir well.
- Allow liquid to settle. Chill in refrigerator till bubbles subside.
- Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze.
- Remove from freezer, dip in a bath of warm water to unmould and serve immediately.
Glucerna Triple Care Cappuccino
Ingredients
- 6 scoops (52g) Glucerna powder
- 1 rounded teaspoon (1.5g) coffee granules (decaffeinated)
- 200ml hot water*
Method
- Place Glucerna powder in a coffee mug or glass
- In a separate container or cup, dissolve coffee in hot water
- Slowly add hot coffee mixture to cup containing Glucerna powder, stirring thoroughly with each addition
*To make Cold Cappuccino, simply dissolve coffee in 3 tablespoons of hot water and add 150mL cold water before adding to Glucerna powder
Glucerna Triple Care Honey Dew Shake
Ingredients
- 3 scoops Glucerna powder
- 1 slice honey dew (300g)
- 1 cup ice
Method
- Blend ice and honey dew with Glucerna powder
Glucerna Triple Care Green Apple Shake
Ingredients
- 2 scoops Glucerna powder
- 1 green apple (chopped)
- 1/4 wedge of lemon (optional)
Method
- Blend together with Glucerna powder
Glucerna Triple Care Green Tea Ice Cream
Ingredients
